Should you require a new copy of a previously raised levy please compelte the below form for processing and our team will arrange for the requested levy to be issued within 2 business days from submission. 

Please note - we will only issue a copy of the levy if you are listed as the Lot Owner or Managing agent. Please complete the Lot Communication Update form if required prior to requesting this information.
