Please note as per section 107 of the Strata Titles Act 1985 the below fees are applicable to a person with property interest.

• Application for information under section 108 (Contact Information) - $10
• Application for copies of information under section 109
  • Supply of documents via email - $50
  • Supply of photocopy material (max 5 pages) - $50

Further to the above legislated fees - As per your Strata Company Management agreement a further administration charge of $33 will be applied.

Please Note - An invoice will be isused against the lot upon this request being made and documents issued.
