This guide will assist users with how to reset your password once verified. 

For information on how to download the Stratafy App and gain access please check out this article. 

1.  Once you have the Stratay App downloaded - click on the bottom left Forgot Password? link

2.  Enter your email address which has been verified fo access anc click Forgot password.

3.  Check your email address for further instructions on resetting your password.

4.  Once you receive your reset password link from Stratafy click Reset Password.

5.  Enter your new password and click Reset 

6.  Upon changing your password you will received a successful password reset confirmation.
