Below is guide to accessing scheme documentation for lot owners and residents.

1. Log in to your user portal via https://portal.stratafyconnect.com/
    
2.  Once logged in you will be directed to your home page. Click Documents 
   
   
    
3. From here you will be able to view a list of documents for your scheme 
   
    
4. You can filter your documents to a particular document category (such us plans to view your Strata Plan) and download pdfs of each one using the file image located next to each document.
