Summary

Below is a guide to the Financials & Levies section of the portal which will allow you to view your current levy balance. You will also be able to view past levies, owner statements and make payments via DEFT using this screen.

1. From the home page click on levy statements & payments which is located on the banner on the left hand side of the screen.

2. Stratafy allows owners to see all previous levies which have been paid since implementation of Stratafy for your scheme. Here you can view a current or previous levies. Click on the pdf icon to view the levy you wish to see.  

3. Here a copy of your invoice will be downloaded to view.

3. To pay directly for these levies click on the Pay Now button. Ensure that you have your DEFT reference number noted down before proceeding to this website.

4. This will take you to the DEFT payment system where you can pay your levies using the details on the pdf invoice.
